Most of the apps developed by them are free apps with the possibility of in-purchasing. We will never charge you for your app or services without showing you exactly what you are paying for. You must realize that there are certain things that Hussein Al-Battah will not tolerate. Some functions of the application will require an active Internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or it is provided by your mobile network provider, but Hussain Al-Batah cannot be held responsible for the application not running in full functionality if you do not have a Wi-Fi connection, and you do not have any of your data left . If you are using the App outside of a Wi-Fi enabled area, you should remember that the terms of your agreement with your carrier will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile service provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. When you use the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including data roaming charges if you use the App outside of your territory (ie region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not a bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we are assuming that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app. By the same token, Hussain Al-Battah is not always responsible for the way you use the app, i.e. you must make sure your device stays charged - if the battery runs out and you can't turn it on to take advantage of the service Hussain Al-Battah cannot take responsibility. In connection with Hussain Al-Battah's liability for your use of the Application, when using the Application, it is important to keep in mind that while we strive to ensure that it is up to date and correct at all times, we rely on the parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Hussain Al-Battah accepts no responsibility for any loss, whether direct or indirect, that you suffer as a result of your total reliance on this functionality of the application. At some point, we may want to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS - system requirements (and any additional systems for which we decide to extend app availability) may change, and you'll need to download updates if you want to continue using the app. Hussain Al-Battah does not promise that he will always update the App so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version of iOS that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the Application when offered to you, and we may also wish to stop offering the Application, and may discontinue use of the Application at any time without notice to you of termination. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will terminate; (b) You must stop using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your Device.
